My path into Reiki work came after more than 35 years in the corporate world — a life that, while successful in many ways, gradually pulled me farther from stillness, intuition, and a deeper connection to myself.

What began as personal healing became a profound shift in direction.

Today, I offer Reiki sessions designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and reconnection to the self. My work combines traditional hands-on Reiki, guided meditation, and intuitive insight to help clients slow down and return to balance in a world that rarely allows us to pause.
 
I am a Reiki Master Practitioner trained in the tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho through Brian Brunius of the NYC Reiki Center, one of New York City’s most established centers for traditional Reiki practice and teaching. Brian trained through the lineage of John Harvey Gray and Elaine Abrams, continuing a direct hand-to-hand lineage tracing back through Hawayo Takata, Chujiro Hayashi, and Reiki founder Mikao Usui.
 
My practice is also informed by meditation work, spiritual study, and my ordination as a Metaphysical Minister through the International Metaphysical Ministry / University of Sedona.
 
My studio is located in the Catskill Mountains of New York — a landscape long associated with restoration, creativity, and retreat from the intensity of modern life. The natural beauty of the region has inspired generations of artists, writers, and seekers, from the Hudson River School painters to the storytelling world of Washington Irving. For many, the Catskills remain a place to exhale, reconnect, and remember a slower rhythm. That atmosphere deeply informs the work I offer.
 
More than anything, I believe healing begins when the body feels safe enough to soften.
 
That is the space I aim to create.
